Ocean Innovation Center (OIC) is a development center for Technological innovation and entrepreneurship. OIC is an actor of digital transformation, as such, we carry out three main missions.
OIC is the first Technopole to foster digital economy and technological innovation in Central Africa. Licensed by MINEFOP and MINPEESA, our vision is to contribute to making Cameroon an effective digital nation.
As an actor of sustainable digital transformation, OIC has three main missions, which are :
– Helping young innovative digital project holders to convert their projects into high potential
(processus d'incubation) ;
– Transmit knowledge through training in emerging technologies;
– Provide expertise and advice to public authorities and socio-economic actors.
Our vision adheres to that of the President of the Republic of Cameroon, which is to make our country a digital nation. In order to fulfill this vision, we are committed to :
– Train young people in the technological fields;
– Participate in the establishment of high-value technological companies that will generate employment;
– Work towards the social inclusion of women through technological innovations;
– Support companies in their process of digital transformation.
