After serving for many years as senior manager at the Microsoft headquarters in Redmond, he co-founded and headed Genesis Telecare as one of the pioneers of Telemedicine in Africa, and has contributed to launching the African Virtual University (AVU) with the Support of Bill Gates and the World Bank, before serving as its first president.
